- The Salary: $65,000 - $70,000/year (credit for experience provided)
How you will make an impact:
We are seeking a Culinary Director for our Assisted Living community. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the dining department, including:
- Hiring, managing, and scheduling kitchen staff.
- Developing and updating menus.
- Ordering food and supplies.
- Ensuring safe food handling and regulatory compliance.
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests.
- Maintaining overall supervision of dining operations and staff.
Schedule: This is a full-time, exempt position with primarily daytime hours, Monday–Friday.
What you will need:
- Experience in food service, production, and cooking.
- CFPM (Certified Food Protection Manager) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Dining Manager, Culinary Director, or in a similar leadership role (preferred).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
