How you will make an impact:
Epiphany Senior Housing is seeking a Support RN. As a Support RN you will perform a variety of professional nursing duties in the care of home care clients, comply with state rules and regulations, and follow established policies and procedures of the building. As a Support RN, you will also ensure that unlicensed staff perform their duties and responsibilities in a timely, quality manner and report problems to the RN Case Manager. You will also report changes in client condition or other concerns about clients to the RN Case Manager in a timely manner, initiate emergency procedures for clients and report to the RN Case Manager; and review client care plans developed by the RN Case Manager and consult with the RN Case Manager about client conditions and their treatments.
Schedule: This is a Full-Time position with Daytime hours, Monday - Friday. No on call.
What you will need:
- Current Minnesota RN license in good standing required.
- Experience in assisted living homecare preferred.
- Proficient with Eldermark Software preferred.
