How you will make an impact:
- As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily operations of the office.
- This role serves as a primary point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering excellent customer service while managing communications, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and supporting staff with a variety of administrative tasks.
- The Administrative Assistant must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm and may vary.
What you will need:
- Previous experience working with seniors. 1+ year(s) experience preferred
- High School diploma/GED required/College preferred
- One year of office/clerical experience is preferred
- Proficient in Word, Publishing, and other software and knowledge of using/maintaining office equipment (printers, postage machine, laminator, etc.).
