How you will make an impact:
Epiphany Senior Housing is seeking a Director of Health Services. As a Director of Health Services, in coordination with the Executive Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, supervising, coordinating, and evaluating the facilities' home care services for the residents. The Director of Health Services develops the facilities' policies and procedures with input from staff and ensures that staff is appropriately trained, supervised, and follows facilities' procedures. The Director of Health Services is responsible for maintaining excellent quality in our home care services and for assuring that our services meet all applicable state and federal regulations. The Director of Health Services may also be engaged in direct resident care.
Schedule: This is a Full-Time position with Daytime hours, Monday - Friday.
What you will need:
- Current Minnesota RN license in good standing
- Nursing Management 3 - 5 years
- Proficient with Eldermark Software Required
- Must be 21 years or older
