How you will make an impact:
Epiphany Senior Housing is seeking a Support RN. As a Support RN you will perform a variety of professional nursing duties in the care of home care clients, comply with state rules and regulations, and follow established policies and procedures of the building. As a Support RN, you will also ensure that unlicensed staff perform their duties and responsibilities in a timely, quality manner and report problems to the Director of Health Services RN. You will also report changes in client condition or other concerns about clients to the Director of Health Services RN in a timely manner, initiate emergency procedures for clients, and report to the Director of Health Services RN; and review client care plans developed by the Director of Health Services RN and consult with the Director of Health Services RN about client conditions and their treatments.
Schedule: This is a Full-Time position with Daytime hours, Monday - Friday. No on call.
What you will need:
- Current Minnesota RN license in good standing required.
- Experience in assisted living homecare preferred.
- Proficient with Eldermark Software preferred.
